All up we spent 6 hours riding around, both bikes performed excellent with speed's between 2k to 90k burst's, along good sections of tracks, keeping a eye out for Emu's they tend to run across the track in front of you and try to spoil your day, One did but he was 50 mts ahead of us.
Fuel for the trip worked out to be the POLARIS fuel gauge showing no bars and flashing empty and the BRUTE showing 1 bar and flashing at a 125k

Looks like a good day, I have always wanted to do trecks or long trail rides. Cold day as well?

Sam.

I live in Mount Isa.....we usually go about 50ish klms towards Duchess....theres a few waterholes(when its wet) around that area, its bloody good..we just check google earth and make sure there are no fence crossing creeks....sometimes follow the fence lines. We ride til we get to river crossings then go explore.
