there is a bit of stuff available for the old 500 fuji motor, I know that LBM has HMF pipes available for them and I've got a Dynojet Kit for one around here somewhere, there are hot cams and H/C pistons available too. _________________

the dynojet kit has a different needle and main jets so you can jet for the pipe. _________________

hey
ive got an outlaw 500 also!
ive been wondering what sorta mods to do to get more speed and or power!
ive got the dual zorst from white bro's also which came with a jet kit to match the engine with the zorst!
been thinking about changing airfilter to a higher flow
and port and posish! but monies are tighter then a dryed guine pig!
keep us informed of your mods!
(only thing ive done to mine is cut down the front guards
and cut the seat down! |

I have the same motor in a Predator.
Good pipe, I use a Pro Circuit, don't worry about the header as the standard is good, a good K&N or similar filter & re jet the carb accordingly.
Then look at re gearing on your sprockets depending on what sort of riding you are doing.
You'll see a huge change in your bike with just these mods. _________________ If it's not upside down, you're not trying hard enough!
