 |
|
hey,
i am going to buy a quad in the next month or so and i have narrowed my search to 2 choices.
Kawasaki 360workhorse and the suzuki KQ 400. kawi has front locks and enclosed rear breaking. suzuki more power ( i think) injection? and water cooled.
what is the best choice, i am going to be using it on my new 650acre hobby farm to tear it up and do SOME chores.
thanks |

| hey I'm biased, but for what its worth, go the suzuki, -- fuel injected, auto clutch in the auto, 4 litre sump and super reliable ( had them come into to our shop with over 50,000 klm on the clock ) and better resale value , If I'm not mistaken the 360 is about to be deleted from the Kwaka line up???? like I said I could be a bit biased though. |

Honda - push rod 2 valve
Suzuki - overhead cam 4 valve
replacement for 360 ?? maybe they'll outsource supply of ATV, bit like Polaris with the Hawkeye, manufactured by an external company in Asia
-- If diff lock on rear was a big advantage , they'd all be doing it, wouldn't they. |

I myself would nearly go the suzuki , Kawasaki parts can sometimes be dearer , and they all need parts at some stage,, and if it is to be an end of the series model , hopefully parts still around in a few years,,,, dont get me wrong the kwaka still a good machine,, saving money now can cost a lot more years down the track _________________ 2012 Can am Outlander Xt 1000cc
