A Bead breaker would easier and safer, good idea I supose if you havnt got one,

I'd like to see that How to is a question i see asked all the time so i thought I'd do the video also it's something i think my girl should know rather than to rely on a "man" to do things like this _________________ If its got wheels I'll drive it!

I like your idea, means you dont need a bead breaker yet wont damage any steel belted tyres.
I've used a vehicle to break a 4 wheel drive tyre bead in the bush, should work for a quad also in a pinch.
The biggest risk of this is damaging the internal structure of the tyre especially if it has a steel belt which is why it should only been done in the bush with limited tools |
