im after a 20 thou piston and rings and top end gaskets for a 200 yamaha blaster,does anyone know who i can try i can get a 2mm over piston kit from jmc but than i will have a thin wall....thanks

hey i think it is .25 .50 .75 1.0 1.25 sizes so would be .25 not 20 though

i'l get dad to take the piston over tomorro to tetrins and get them to marke it up to c what size it is then i will let u know luke what i need to get....thanks

hmm u are better off to get ya new oversize piston then take it and barrel to engine builder and get them to bore barrel to suit piston

Unless you siezed the engine or have some scores and marks on the inside of your barrel you should be able to get away with just a hone and new piston and rings. Smile No need to bore it out.

yeah thats what im gonna do a mate of myn has a honing machine i just gotta find out what size it is i got told it was 20thou over stock when i bought it...

Size should be stamped on the top of the piston & on the top of the rings near the ends.ie-As said before, 025 would be .25mm over standard.Get someone to measure the barrel and then buy the oversize piston kit ,& then bore & hone Smile or just hone Hrm to suit it.

its says on top of the piston c00d6 or c0006,i'l just take it over to tetrins to get it sized up....thanks
