Hey i put a tors removal kit on my bike and now wont start. will if i tow start it and wont run at low revs. would the niddles be sitting too high

wrong, you can put the standard slides in backwards without noticing and it wont idle correctly, but will run ok at higher rpms. i've done it.

also without tors how did you set the idle? have you drilled and tapped holes for idle screws?

i put them in backwards and they dont sit down

if you put the left slide in the right carb they only go in backwards Wink

also as i said before, how is the idle setup, did you drill and tap for idle screws?
and refresh my memory, do the standard needles have multiple grooves?

have you disconnected the little black box under the fuel tank? opposite side to the coil
