from personal experience Seany,i would replce EVERY hose on the bike ,replace most nuts and bolts and fit an NGK spuk plug. And keep an eye on the nut holding the handlebars too, i know i am.
gazman. also, have we decided on which logo/name?

I'll be kepping my eye on everything, already gone over the bike and tightened everything.
Did I tell you it had a electronic dash. speedo, trip meter etc....etc....

Haven't taken any pix yet, haven't even gone for a ride yet, too much work to do. Hopeing to take it for a spin during the week.

Gaz, I haven't even thought about what I'm taking camping.

First thing was the throtle, it just so happens he sells 2 wheelers aswell.
So he supplied a twist throtle and cable to suit.
I was going to get some hi-block handle bar clamps...... but when it arrived, it already had them. I didn't notice them at first, under the full electronic dash.
Then, I thought I'd get some of those tapered handle bars that all the young blokes talk about, but guess what......... it already had them.
But once it's run in, I'll probably jet it and put a sports muffler on.

Went for my first ride on it today. I was very impressed by the way it performed and handled. I took it fairly easy first off then built up a little later on.
I thought it would be alright, but I didn't expect it to be as good as it was.
Very, very happy. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Cool

I have no idea what they are. Not up to speed on shocks, I remember when coil overs were new. And I was the first kid on the block with a mono-shock. eek
