The tuffest Quad race in Australia is back in the swamps where its 39 year history started. 5 hours plus a lap in the swamps of black Jungle. 14km track of mud and mud and mud . leave your sissy 2 wheel drive quads at home . Every bare footed pig hunter is just itching for this one race. Other races claim to be the tuffest but really they don't enjoy the honor or the history of the Kamfari. Many gun riders cry in the corner after their machines are reduced to buckets of spare parts. Legends have tried and failed. Jeff Liesk has said Kamfari is the tuffest event wordwide.
Its still raining and swamps are still overflowing  2nd May

Take up the fight ozquad44.
If you love mud... you'll love it.
I think i did it last year when it was the driest, easiest race they've ever had 
And i'm sure the local management wont let that happen again 
Lots of races can claim to be the toughest, and each rightly so in their own ways.
Kamfari will always be one of those that is just plain tough to finish.
It's even a fun race to DNF and hit the refreshments
The atmosphere is great and as Robin Williams would say...
The local rednecks are some of the best fun loving quad entusiasts going.
I won't make it this year... so i hope yas all drown

well I'm still alive ... I dnf ed on the last lap "profanity removed" it .... I'm so disappointed ATM . give a report later with pics .. I didn't stay for presentation for I'm worried why my borrowed quad stopped on the last lap. No "profanity removed" DMCC had Crocodylus Park sweap the quad track for croc this morning and they caught 2 .. and showed us on the start line. I reckon half the field sh!t themselves there and then.
