Hello any info would be great,

I have a Polaris MXR 450 and would like more top end speed.

I have spoke to a few and a cog change is the most common.

The real question is about is about getting a big bore kit installed in it. I read somewhere that a 560 kit can be installed? Can anyone give me some info on if it can be and getting this done, Where, opinions??

Why dont you start easy and buy an exhaust and hi flow air filter?
Another option is to put the thing on a diet... shed some weight and she will have more speed.

Ive Been told to pull the engine out and push it, ill go faster.

Yeah I have a pipe on it done the jets. Put a KN filter on it but it ran rough.

The engine is stronge and just feels like it needs another gear. If I change cogs I want more power to keep the pick up.
I want a higher top speed.

The weight is low but unless I start changing major parts the gains do not justify the cost.

I kinda have my heart set on getting the engine rebuilt to a a larger stroke which was the plan from the start.

If anyone has any expirience in this can you give me message.
