Lat year I bought a pair of O'Neil MX pants and after my ride last Saturday I noticed that one of the seams had failed. I have only worn them 5 or 6 times. Any way I took them back to Brisbane MC (Honda dealer) and asked what could they do (expecting the usual fob off from businesses) and I ended up speaking to Matt. Well long story short after he called a number of people he managed to get me a new pair at no cost to me.... 
I would like to thank Matt and Brisbane MC for their help.

Yes I'd give them 10/10. It's unusual to find that kind of service from businesses.
