There are plenty more manufacturers out there that are equally as good earthmover.
What sort of riding do you plan on doing? Trail? Motocross? Dunes?
What type of quad did you want eg. sport, race, 4x4 etc.

Ay the Rincon hooks along good you don't have the mono tone roar you get with a CVT bike. the Honda has ESP/manual change. I only use it on the tight stuff or down Big hills just to hold it in gear "not often" Auto All the way

$4500 puts you firmly in second hand land....4wd quads will get you further and 2wd quads will probably do it quicker. Get something with reverse at least. Anything upwards of 350cc is a start....The buy and sell sections has some good stuff. Good luck with it Wade. Smile

The Raptor has a four stroke engine and the Blaster a two stroke. The Raptor 350 (350cc) is a larger bike overall and is geared toward trail riding. The motor is pretty much bullet proof and comes with a reverse gear, electric start etc. The Blaster (200cc)is more of a race type bike, kick start, and is the lighter of the two. The Raptor comes in sizes from 90cc all the way to 700cc. $4500 would get you late models of both of these bikes in reasonably good condition. I just sold the wife's '08 Raptor 350 with a heap of extras on it for $5000 last week.

The 2 most popular sports quads for recreational riding are the Suzuki LT400 and the Yamaha Raptor 700
