Might be worth waiting for !! |
Already happenning, the farmers have been going that way for a while.

"because for a few grand more I can get a roof, another seat and a ute body rather than a rack." ......from a farmer near Brissie.

"......because our workers feel less vulnerable than on a quad."....from the EPA @ Bribie Island.
The penny is starting to drop with the customers. You get more bang for your buck with the little trucks. ( in a working scenario. ) _________________ Remember. We elect politicians, but we have to deal with bureaucracy.
Notice that crazy in the bureaucrats. |

Already a known quantity if we follow the US trend as per usual and Polaris have already recognised this and have released a 400cc UTV and specifically aimed it at the big bore ATV's and say why have a big bore ATV when you can have this for the same price!
So its actually happening under our noses right now! _________________ www.asho.com.au for your shooting and outdoor needs

Your spot on with your comment about Polaris - geeman1969
Offer the big bore cutomer away to take a mate riding with them.
Or a utility vehicle for 2 at a big bore atv price.
The next stage
Electric 4x4 - 80km's @ full noise then it will need to be recharged for
8 hours.
As battery technology gets better so will the range.
Diesel 4x4 - I will take a gues and say we will see a Bobcat diesel engine
as the power plant.
We could see this on way by the end of this year.
RZR 4 seater - Take Robby's name off it and drop the price, I think
that would be the go. _________________ Thanks to

Scoot plenty enough good deisel UTV's out there in big enough brands like Kubota and John Deere just need people to get behind them.
Same thing for electrics you're spot on with the range and pace maybe a tad higher than one Ive seen but the Elecs are available too, in a couple of formats from a bigger and better personal vehicle to a full UTV. Ive seen a absolutely butt ugly one and a very nicely designed one. _________________ www.asho.com.au for your shooting and outdoor needs

Interesting comment above about the 4 seater "robby " version .
In the USA they are only $1k dearer than a rz rs ...here in good ole aussie they are $4-5k dearer ...how does that work .....someone needs a new calculator i think.....over all the size difference makes the freight cost an additional $160 per m3 over the rzr s . So they cant blame that ...LOL _________________ It's time too ride !!!!!!! |
