While I didn't see the show, it's great to see some parents step up and make an effort to develop the sports their kids participate in rather than sitting back and relying on others to do it and then whining that not enough is being done to promote and develop the sport. The best way to get what you want is go and do it.... well done to those that made it happen. _________________ Proud Member of QuadridersSA

Agreed Bjorn.
I have never come across a critic of kids in our sport either, so yeah, comments like that are totally inappropriate and can only be destructive.
Everyone loves the kids and wants to see them grow.
Fortunately there are lots of people doing there bit to help, and many of them are not even parents.
Well done on this one Rotax46, I hope the kids loved it and there is more to come _________________ Can-Am X Team

Thanks for your positive comments guys. It is much appreciated.
All the kids were proud to have been a part of the show. it was seen by a lot of people and we have received good feedback from all over the motorcycling fraternity Australia wide.
Unfortunately though there has been a few critic's which I will not go into here. But they are few and will not stop us from moving forward and getting on with promoting the sport and the kids.
It was great to have the SA kids on show nationally. And yes there will be more to come in one form or another.
I do have the Totally Wild show on DVD from Channel 10. And will have copies available shortly for those who want to see it. _________________ Rotax46

I would hope that next time the invitation is for all junior S.A. quad riders to be able to get out and give it a go. I know of a few kids that were disappointed/upset that they weren't asked to join in the fun.
I did see the show, it was a good piece. Would have been nice if they had mentioned something about the quad clubs (in any state) to help with raising the numbers of young competitors...next time maybe! |

Unfotunately numbers were limited this time.
The clubs were mentioned during the filming however the 4 to 5 hours of filming was cut down to the few minutes you all saw, Channel 10 did the editing. There were a number of things we would have liked to have been shown including thanking the TTG club for allowing us to use thier facilities. However the editing was out of our control.
What I am currently working on, if it goes well, should be able to allow more to join in. _________________ Rotax46
