A nice winch on the front would look good, the red box matches with the quad did you get it fron super cheap auto ? Do you have any idea what range you get yet.

G'day again,

I'll get a winch in the next little while. The box comes from Bunnings. It's plastic but pretty strong and costs about $38.00 and the colour match is just about perfect. My mate has had one on his Vinson for a while and it hasn't moved of cracked a bit.

There are pre drilled holes in the racks on the Suzuki so all I had to do was match them up and drill 4 holes in the box and use good quality bolts, washers and nylox nuts and I was set.

I haven't had a chance to do a proper mileage comparison as I was tearing along the beach and up and down sand dunes all weekend.

P.S. A nice winch would certainly make the front look better.

G'day,

The quad comes with dickie looking black plastic guard protectors all around so I took them off. The studs on the front are where they are connected. The back ones are connected from underneath the guard so you can't see them.

The quad has 5 spring settings. I haven't played with them yet. They come with the second softest setting as standard which feels good in any event.

I see on Ebay you can get a set of signs from America that especially replace all the warning signs with Suzuki symbols, 750 ect. They look pretty good but are also pretty expensive.

Hello,

Yep, the top head light is independent. The other two have the hi/lo switch. The lights are top class. All quartz halogen globes.
