g,day doel#20, yeah ya sure rite , i am going through the same thing but not really..... i have a 500 vinson 4WD suzuki ATM, its a great bike and does everything i wished for, problem, the local suzuki dealer offered me a orsm deal on a new 750axi power steer and ime STILL undecided as to do the deal or not even with HEAPS of help with the members of the forum, spose it comes down to what you really wanna do in the end, anyhow i think the new 750 suzi is a good ,no exeptional good bike for the price, there are better more powerfull bikes out there but at a cost, so D day is for me tommorow, either i will or i wont. the 750 WILL have more power, power steering WILL be orsm, auto tranny WILL be easier, but i love me ol vinson (not so old '06 model).
as for your situation, i never had a sport quad before but been with guys on rides who gottem and its a pain in the a$%e to have to carry stuff on ya back and stretchy strapping everything ya can to ya plastics ,so on and so on, plus the ol 4wd,s just potter along in low or high range with no screaming revvin fuel gussling stuff going on ,,,( no disrespect at all to sport bike riders) but you know , i,me gett,n on a bit now and starting to sloooow down a fair bit so the ol 4wd suits,
TWO things i dont like bout the new 750 suzi ,
1) NO PULL START ( not that i,ve ever used mine)
2) THE WHEELS LOOK CRAP
most other brands dont have pull starts either, but the other wheels look good specially the limited grizzlys and so forth, but they are dearer, in Tassie anyway, there is some nice alloy wheels availiable from the retailers for not that much so that is a option for me anyway, anyhow good luck with it all and i think you will find the suzi orsm i you go that way, check out the reveiws,
Cheers Tony |
