I paid nick for a banshee clutch cover ages ago and never recived it, he's stopped talking to me and won't reply to my phone or private messages.
on anoher item I bought off him he didn't send 1 of the parts I paid for, also postage time for that was close to 3 weeks after the payment was made.

mate i sent the clutch cover when you payed for it ??
ive chased and chased and chased it up for ages as you know
ive stop replying because there is nothing i could do ???
ive sold heap of bits on ozatv and never had a problem
so when auspost ^&cks me and you over what am i to do
tell me and ill do it ??
and what was one of the parts i did not send 1st ive herd about it
the only thing you got of me was a water pump impella
and you got it

The first thing i bought off you was a banshee k&n air filter and it was ment to come with an adaptor but you never sent it so i couldnt even use the filter.
you kept telling me you sent it in a different package and it never showed up then after a few weeks you told me you had lost it....

Also I'm not a shop so what about my loss does that count for anything hmm
also the adaptor I told u I would send it after you got the filter it was a diferent transaction and said I'll look to see if I stil had one and I said sorry no money changed hands,
tell mr what u want and I'll do it |

I have bought stuff off nick and i have sold a few things to 1sick6 both transactions went well.
What do you do if something does go missing in post?( i would not want to take a loss, Its a crap situation. all the best guys. |
