Try the search button, there have been heeeaps of threads on this topic,
personally i choose the can-am over yfz450r, if you're also considering the lt-r than i'd choose that over both the other 2. There isn't much between all the 450's except maybe the KFX and TRX are behind a bit as they do not come as wide and long travel as the others i believe, i think honda are releasing a new model trx next year. Each have their good and bad points. |

Dune riding and endurance, eh! You could try the enviromental quad. The camel. _________________ Remember. We elect politicians, but we have to deal with bureaucracy.

if that is riding your doing any quad will do including banshees or whatever
only real time is going to matter is when you want to trail ride as reverse is a good thing there or if racing where a widened quad is the go
just buy what ever color u like to suit your shed decore and be happy as end of day is only dune riding and that for fun |

If you are already considering the Can-Am, for enduro and dune riding...
Ask your dealer about the DS450X XC model.
The X MX model is a race ready moto-cross quad, and off the shelf, it does not have a lot of ground clearance for sand work with the std ITP QuadCross tyres.
Sure it's only tyres and you can throw different options on there...
But the X XC is Fully set up specificaly for cross country, and amongst other differences it has the bigger beadlock wheels all round and good light weight sand tyres in the ITP GNCC tyres.
I think Rec retail is under $13k too.
They are nomally only Australian delivered by customer request, but i think they have 3 in stock because they were low on X MX models a while back and had an over-run of X CX models internatonally.
The X XC model number is 3G9B _________________ Can-Am X Team

Value for money the Can Am's are way out in front, have a look at what you get with the XC and MX models.
