The annual sandfest is on again. It runs from the 30th October - 3rd November (Melb. cup weekend). Bookings for this event must be made by 28th September in order to arrange permit etc. Because of lack of interest and cancellations with previous events a $20 deposit must be made per booking (which will come off the cost of the weekend). I need to do this so I don't get stuck with paying for the permit and having no riders, its not something I wanted to do but I need to cover myself. Any enquiries or bookings, either email me or pm me or ring me, 0428337076.
Email - gkjth@bigpond.net.au
Thanks, Geoff Hamilton |

| the property owner wants $40 per rider per day. if you are not a member of the QRCV a weekend membership is $20.if you dont have a race lic a weekend lic is $20. Motorcycle south australia has told me that the permit for the event is free. We do require that u are an ambulance member. Any other questions please feel free to email, pm, or ring me on 0428337076 or gkjth@bigpond.net.au. Thanks, Geoff |

Is that a recent change regarding the free event permit, or was that in place during previous events there ?

HMMMMM!!!!!
In the past the QRCV have been charged for the permit and have only passed this charge onto those who have attended.
This year MSA are not charging which is great and now the QRCV are passing on the free charge.
The QRCV only charge the appropriate charges with no added fees which is great for the riders and families.
Well done Geoff - keep up the good work
cheers

Dont touch them Froggy, its a federal offence to take the sleepers as they are government property still, big fines and possible jail if caught!!!!! _________________ Has turned to the Dark Side! |
