What is the off-road quad riding scene like in and around Brisbane? Are there all sorts of regulations preventing you from riding in the bush etc?
Are there proper enduro's that quads can enter or is it only MX and Pony Express style events. There is a possibility that I might relocate to Brisbane but I will noit come there if the off-road scene is dead. It was bad enough relocating to Perth from South Africa, I dont really need to move further into the quad wilderness with more hassle and less riding/racing.
Any input would be appreciated!

regular trail rides held within 2 hours drive of brisbane by austrailian dirt bike adventures

motocross is on every club day at reedy creek(gold coast) and other various races around the area. There is also a few private properties within 3 hours drive for camping and riding

| checked out Aust dirtbike adventures site. states must be regod. is qld cond rego accepted in NSW?does this mean no MX bikes or quads on nsw rides? |

qld rego applies in nsw. woodenbong & urbanville rides are a great weekend of riding for the whole family. thanks scotty.

We are closer to moving to Brisbane from Perth. A few more questions...
Who Rego's the quads?
What quad specific services are offered in Brisbane?
How many Can Am Dealers are there and which are the ones to stay away from?
If I live in these area's, North Lakes, Mango Hill or Morayfield, where is the closest place for me to ride?

I am a Fridgy by trade and I work for a company in Perth that has a branch in Acacia Park.If I cant get a transfer then I will have to look elsewhere. I dont mind what I do, as long as I can still afford to race.
