I agree with priesty there.
First check is to make sure your wheels have zero toe.
Get them pointing straight ahead.
Some riders like a bit in or out but for the purpose of setting up a bike or combating another problem, zero toe is best.

For the mean time if you need to keep going in straight lines a bit more and you cant go down any more on the front shock preload...
You might have to go up on the back to compensate.
Not ideal to go too high for all the other reasons, but this option might be the lesser of evils until you can source something like a +1.25 rear swing arm.

Aftermarket rear swing arms and links can be a real problem and i have seen many with the ratios all wrong.
It's mainly getting the link geometry for your ride height that can be very complicated.

Send Froggy a PM an ask him about some not so ideal links he's had in his 450R.

Maybe for a simple one, i dont know if the 06 450R swing arm bolts straihgt in...
But it is 20mm longer than the 05 450R arm.
Adam (QuadSquad) will be able to help you make a good selection and do any shock set up required.

Thanks Bullet but I have absolutely no intention of making this more complicated than it needs to be. eek

I just contacted GTThunder about it to see what the fix is. They confirmed what you said earlier -- +2+1 A-Arms are no good for the 400EX. Even with +2 aarms the shocks need to be re sprung.

I'm now at the point of going back to standard and not spending any more on it.
