Good should be more of it. If your not breaking the rules then you have nothing to worry about

Obviously there will be more.

Juniors or seniors. Does it matter? If anyone needs to brake the rules to race, then I hope they get caught.

Fuel was also tested.

about time bring it on need more of it!
as an engine builder i would say engines need to be sealed or be able to be checked some where get more accredited people to sign off on capacities size, stroke, and OEM motors
i work on a lot of 50cc, 90cc & 200cc engines and hope that they pull all of them down
what we do not have in this state is some one who will put there reputation and that has the accreditation to sign off MASA stated clearly that you need an engineers degree to obtain an measure's licence in this state
any feed back would be good
buy the way how were they measured ,liquid on the four strokes and pull down on the two strokes?

over here someone can pay a protest fee to pull down someones motor and check that its all legal (but the guy will look like a tosser)
however it is then that quad owner(whos bike was checked) responsibility to pay or put it back together themselves. legal or not
does anything like this happen with you guys?

i heard it was done at the NSW junior dirt track titles this year at Barleigh ranch, all were good but there were some unhappy people, no one protested but it was the clerk of the course or an offiicial that picked bikes out at random to pull down there engine, which i think was liquid test. they were there until 7pm in the dark putting engines together.

also fuel testing was done as well.

i say bring it on, we all know the rules and when we compete this is part of the rules, its in the GCR's and can be anywhere anytime. just like drug testing as well. i have had that before in 2003 at the QLD thunder X, just becuase i won the class i had to pee in a tube and wait 3 weeks to get my results, luckily i was clean but some other guys got done later that year i think.

its been said to be going to happen at the nationals for a few years but hasn't yet, although after noise testing for the whole meeting last year then maybe there will be a bit of Fuel testing and capacity measuring going on....

Danny, I agree that it would be good for there to be someone to seal engines/sign off on capacities before these events for these potentialy contentious capacity restricted classes, I'm sure most people would prefer to have the work done in a proper workshop than trackside after an event.

My (limited) understanding is that if the capacities check out then the protestor pays the dismantling/re-assembly cost on top of the $70 fee to protest.

mate it too hard and a few variations but i do belive the speed way comish has all the tools to do this the former ACU PRE MA had it in place some of the older two wheel riders should recall this ! {not just husky maybe lennie or petey
its done thru the spark plug motor TDC liquid is then add to fill the chamber ; part A that is recorded then turn to BDC again liquid is then add
part B simple mins one from the other and presto 1 milk shake ha ha ,in ''cc'' laughing

They tested several classes for fuel and measured ccs in the 200-300 class and also the 90 class. Top 3 for 200-300 class and top 4 in the 90s
