How much do you weigh and what were you doing to bend it?

I haven't had any issues with mine yet and I'm not exactly pussy footing around on it

Is it the axle or could it be a hub?

I've done a bit of riding on my LTR without bending axles. Touch wood!!

Don't worry they straighten up fine when I was racing LTR's I bent a few, just get them pressed straight and don't use heat

if it is a stock Suzuki wheel then it will be bent, they may as well bend them at the factory for you as they bend after about 5 mins (hey Smitty)

Sounds like you were really unlucky to bend your axle from what you've described. I'm still running my stock axle (and wheels) in my 06 LTR and haven't bent either despite lots of big and ugly landings from decent heights. I'd get it pressed straight first as Smitty recommended.
