WOW Cool thats nice ,I reckon it was worth the wait .
And pretty good value for money considering all the hours that would have gone into it and materials etc.....

nice trailer oz , im building my own trailers at the moment , put some rubber door stops on the top of the back door too protect your door when its on the ground. the ones i use are about 35mm high and you just screw them to the square tubing or what ever you have as the frame, also with silastic around the base, and fill screw holeup with it aswell . works a charm and protects your door for about $2 each

as i have fitted a led light system inside it . also comes with spare wheel , 6 x 3 mtr gazebo and mesh has been fitted inside it plus some other things

ring kool trailers to get this built now would be $13500 and i have not used it much at all done vic titles last year and 7 rounds of vic seires with it so is like a new trailer

you can message quadsx and ask how much he is paying to have a kool trailer built for now as trailers have risen hugely as metal prices gone up look on ebay and around for a similar trailer in same condition for less then i got on it ( good luck finding one)

oh also a compressor 12v will prob go with it also

try some 25mm s/foam inside walls stops sheets flexing, damage from inside & keeps it cool in summer, warm in winter. 1200x2400 sheet about $25,use wood glue to stick it in

nice job mate and so what's it's tare ? the ID. lights on the side should be at the bottom more importantly than the top . ADR's say the "rego" light is for only three numbers/half plate not six/full plate . i hope U intend on canvasing in that roof . and only one bike Y so much room behind the axel U have got a lot of shifting things around to get the bike out if U load that area up also U will find U will need more tiedown points and a good storage box at the front instead of just a shelf would come in handy i bet . but looks good Confused Hrm

I think you'll find it was made for two quads, thus the 'so much room behind the axle.'

What this 'ADR's say the "rego" light is for only three numbers/half plate not six/full plate .' suppose to mean Confused Hrm
