Hey guys took my banshee out for the first time this weekend and all weekend it wasnt running 100%, i dont know much about them so i am hoping someone can help me..
The bike is brand new, and it would run for a 2-3 min period then as soon as the bike went up a hill it would stall, id stop kick it back over it would start up first go and idle fine then as soon as id touch the throttle bang it would stall again.
Each and every time id sit there and idle for a min or so it would clear up go again then do that whole procedure over and over, i am already planning to take it back to yamaha tomorrow but just curious if anyone knows what it could be, plugs are brand new and i had fuel in it all the time, even changed the plugs half way through today just in case.

| Check the fuel cap vent to see if it is somehow blocked up. |

| sounds like the dodgy TORS system, take the top off the thumb throttle and check the microswitch operation, sometimes they stick, spray it with some silicon spray. Similar thing happened to a mates 09 Banshee, this did the trick. |

Throttle Over Ride System
if your throttle gets jammed open it cuts the ignition. more often than not though it just cuts the ignition for no apparent reason! hence why alot of people take it off...
