Hi
Yeh a long time since Ive seen it (The Last time I was scraped off the Quarry Jump wall riding a two wheeler, spent a week in Joondalup Hospital Concussed for two days, broken hand ...),I could never ride those bloody things anyway! They fall over by em selfs Laughing )(I spoke to Ant Yewers and Mick Taylor Recently, sounds full on in that quarry!)
If its Groomed and the Two wheeler stay off it that week ,it should be awsome, just wished you got Manji,Fast and big drop offs...great fun for Quads, maybe next time,I heard Ant is riding well and only a second off the pace of Chris Brenton and beating Chad Mckay at AJS ,he would have to be one of the most determined riders I Have seen, hope he can away from injury ,Wow Geneffy is off Two wheels and Racing Quads? It will be an interesting Nationals to say the least!
Hows That ol man of yours goin?Ill have to fill his tyres with sand to slow him down a bit! Laughing
Cheers Len

apparently Suzuki were - in until they read about one of there cowchasin Suzy riders that would rather mow his lawn.
.
somebody said KTM were ready to hand over the check some months ago, but the Zook quadracer came-out and KTM's model has gone back to the drawing board & won't be released in time..so KTM pulled-out
.
industry sources commented that Honda's proposal looked mint "givin away 2 of there sports models to a junior & senior winner" until you get to the fine print and there's LenP as their nominated publicity machine
there was mixed support for Honda with the LenPPPR machine it was thought no-one from the east coast would come
.
.
one of the cleaning ladies mentioned that Yamaha's proposal was determined by what rider they get,,, she said there still spewin over the Honda winning last years Yamaha shindig...
.
.
the Polaris proposal was discussed at length on an ABC regional radio broadcast... the dark horse

Williams Event Management would like to announce that the event run in 2005 at the Wonthaggi Circuit will this year be staged at the Wanneroo Motocross Track in Western Australia.

WEM, along with the WA Quad community in conjunction with WAMX and the AJS Motorcycle Club, will be staging this years ATV Grand Nationals in Perth Western Australia.

The Event will be held on November 11 & 12th and will see AJS Motorcycle Club hold its second National event this year after showcasing their club and infamous Wanneroo Park track for the first Round of the Nokia Motocross Championships.

2005 saw WA send a race team of 22 and entourage of over 40 support to last years Nationals held in Wonthaggi Victoria, coming home victorious in 5 classes it was the most successful year yet. Due somewhat to these fantastic results, the growth of quad racing has grown tremendously across the State of WA, the National event will not only bring other state Representatives to WA, but bring the whole of WA together to race in the same event.

Together we have put a submission to Motorcycling Australia CEO David White for the event to be granted Championship Status for 2006.

“Whilst some may think that the event should be on the eastern seaboard we believe this is a great opportunity to demonstrate to Motorcycling Australia that the Quad movement is alive and well and the competitors are dedicated and committed, I would see the event moving from state to state each year” said WEM’s MD Kevin Williams

I couldn't realy give a stuff what M.A. calls our nationals as far as i'm concerned all the previous winners Howed Reed, Tim Farr, Waldo Hussey and Cris Brenton are all our National Champions in my mind and they deserve every bit of there title.

So Pete looks like I might have to take you up on that offer on taking my truck and trailer over the Nullabore
