I know everybody's gonna bag me out here but....
I'd buy a china quad as kids dont really have much respect for expensive things and if they kill it you will only be out of pocket 800 bucks for a new one, I just bought two 125 cc semi auto quads for $1600 for both, the plastic's & seat's are kinda dodgy but the mechanical side is fine |

i have got 2 yamaha 90 raptors for my boys and they just dont stop , we have got friends with the china quads and every time we have gone out they have broke in some way gear leaver, selector in gear box.carby pooped itself, even last week it stoped again but it has not been looked at to see what the issue is yet and this is the second one they have had. and for the cost of that you could have got a knowen brand yam/kwaka etc..
so my vote is go a brand name _________________ Sponsors ,Cullys Yamaha,Pirtek Malaga

one was 4 and i got him the 50 raptor the other was 6 and he had the 80 raptor then when i went and got my 450r last year i got the boys the 90 raptors each, they are now 6 and 8 and they can ride them just fine. they also have all the gear to tho kidney belts, cloves, neck brace, helmet, boots, tops, gogles. and after they ride them THEY wash them and wash them again if they are not clean... they need to learn young you ride you wash !!! ( i even get them to wash there air filters and oil the chaines , getts messy tho ) _________________ Sponsors ,Cullys Yamaha,Pirtek Malaga

| Yeah the china quads do have a lot of minor complaints like things falling off here & there and not startin all the time but that give you the chance to do something down right stupid to them well i do anyway, like the wife's 150 with last week's huge jump and the rear wheel and axle snapped off and went bush, I had yet another dumb@ss idea and im getting a new axle machined to suit a set of 15high x 12wide pro star drag car rims and tyre's , but hey im use to the wife calling me a f#@kin clown. |

| We have an 80 kawasaki quad and have had it for about 2 yrs now and everyone rides it from my grandkids to my 23 yr old daughter never had an once of trouble with it. My sister in law even rides it when her chinese 200 quad breaks which is quite often and she is about 85 kilos. And she flogs it around the trails. Pssst dont tell her I told you her weight haha |

If your are going to get them into racing then a 2t Pro shark is the most economically viable with the upgrades that are available. If its purely for recreational riding then a 4t like the Can-Am or Yamaha is a better option for mantainence. _________________

If you after a great smaller quad , you can't go past the one that QUAD has for sale. It has way more on it than any thing around. thanks scotty. _________________ 06 700 raptor 50th anniversary |
