Hey guys, you know that im full of dumb questions so here's another one.
Does anybody know the approx year or age of this quad bike that im selling on ebay now . i never ask the bloke that i bought it off a few years ago and i just got a question from someone that wants to know its age and odometer , it used to have the cargo racks on it and it has the wide separated head lights above the steer tyres, any info would be appreciated thanks.

im not an expert on this but i my 1st quad was a yamaha moto4 YFM 200dx that looked very similar but the front is much different...my guess is 83-86 maybe 87, if im not spot on im close _________________ 04 TRX 450r

| Hey thanks for that your right you were close i managed to find the guy that i bought it off just now and gave him a call and he told me its an 89 model,cool thanks for your help!! |

The tenth digit on your VIN will also give year. 1989 will have a 'K'. _________________ Don't close your eyes during the crash, you'll miss the best part |

I took a look at the vin and says "0" for the tenth digit,
Maybe if i don't correct the ad no one will know?.........maybe. |

There's no '0' for a 10th digit on a VIN.
