I hear that Mic , I'm thinking, If I have time to service the bike between races, I could do with the practice  .
It'll be interesting to see how the numbers turn out, with a few riders having setbacks as well as other races like Ch series / Thunder X to choose from . |

Calender has been updated. Heaps of racing to see us through to Titles and Nationals.
Any news on where Qld. Titles will be held?

well only date they could be run are 31st oct n 1st nov other events clash....roma club are only running them because i asked ... n no one else was interested.... n im not sure if they have applied yet, Jade skuse is looking after it all...

We did intend to Mic, but alas Toowoomba say Quads are not invited 
thus this will exclude quads from the entire interclub series , a real kick in the nads for SE QLD quad racing I say  |

Will the Roma club run us? Would be good to get more time on the track if thats where Qld. Titles will be.

Roma and Chinchilla would , but apparently because the first round is at Toowoomba , the classes have to remain the same as the beginning and all throughout the interclub series , so in effect no extra classes can be added part way through . So failing a divine intervention to add us to the series , we have 4 more club days to choose from ;
Roma Club days
24/5/9
30/8/9
20/9/9
11/10/9
we could also organise a practice day with a bit of notice , we need to get a few hours up to become practice supervisor , next meeting is 14th of May , I'll get some practice days sorted out then. |

So whose great thinking decided this?
I have heard that people at Echo Valley dislike quads cause they flatten the track. Well the last few events I have been to...the track is chopped to all hell before the quads even start, and then the quads just use the berms and ruts the bikes make...so i don't see where the problem lies. And if my eyes are working every track (corners etc) is flat at the start of a race event anyway as it has usually been graded...so the 2 wheelers must be disliking every track? |

Whoever it was they must have a bit of pull in the Toowoomba club , if they prepped the track right the bike rut's will get to deep for the quads to go through and we end up going outside them anyhow 
Personally I see it as blatant descrimination against quads , we pay our fee's just like the next person . |

Roma round is this weekend 14/6/09
