I would like to thank Adam at Quad Squad, he has went beyond expectations in dealing with the issue and to keep the high quality reputation of FCI products. Something I feel should have been handled better by FCI in the states, I do believe this is a one off faulty item. The original parts were not even bought from Quad Squad but Adam has been very helpful in getting my bike going ASAP, thanks again Adam.

Good to hear you got good result.
I ran an FCI filter when looking for maximum flow on my speedway quad and found it to be the best thing going (basically, it required the biggest main jet when dyno tested, which has to mean the FCI passed more air at less restiction).
I was very impressed with the product quality and the power it made, so I was amazed to hear / see your story with such a top of the line filter.
