I have a 525xc and wondering if anyone else out there has broken a rear hub yet? Nil stock in Australia too if you do need one.

sure that they are the same as Polaris ?

how did you manage to break it the most common thing is that customers loosen them off rather than tightening them too much
Ive seen a few that haven't been seviced and the hub never saw any damaged
but that's just me

A hub off an 04 Pred onwards fits perfectly. I pinched one off my wifes bike and all's good.

No idea how i broke it. Dune riding at the time with a few bush tracks. Not a mark on the rim or tyre and all the nuts were tight.
I have changed rims to a tapered seat which is the only thing i can put it down too.
