Every time I race flat track on my banshee I destroy a top chain roller, I even tried a micriod/brass roller but it only lasted 1 meeting, any suggestions would be gratefull thanks.

Your chain is too tight on the roller because I assume you have lowered the rear end.
Relocate the roller up further or don't run a top roller at all.

I tried no top roller in the last heat and final (because it was gone) and the chain hits the side of the frame and the gusset above it, first up I thought id done a gear box but you can see where the chain has been hitting.

most banshees i see dont have a top chain roller, they dont last long

if yoru chain is hittin the chassis something is wrong, most likely your swingarm is bent from hitting the wall eh!

Thanks to all who sent me info, found chain slightly loose and worn swing arm bearings letting the chain move sideways, making a new top roller with high speed bearings in it out of some special NASA plasic stuff from an engineer mate, will let you all know how that goes, am also relocating the roller higher up as told. thanks again.
