It's raining well today - creating fantasic tracks....
went out to get the mail - it's wet too but luckily the Finke 2008 DVD still works 
Any one else got theirs????

dissappointing to see only 2 quad chicks and a couple of glimps of quads on there. Mrs Bullet - Canam should be impressed - you are there promoting them
They are promoting to get more cars in there... maybe more quads are needed to infiltrate the next DVD.
Rumor has it that there will be 2 quad classes - most bets are on cc's.
apparently these were posted out on the 22nd of December

Goody goody, can't wait to get to the PO Box to grab our DVD.
Bullet and Mrs B will be at Finke again, as just 2 of the 500 'quad' entrants
Vj has been leading the charge for women in a lot of these big events and i'm sure you'll see a lot more girl power out there this year.
Wanna see a heap more 4WD entrants too
Get fired on the 1st of Jan and get your entries in.
A lot of quad riders are known to be slack getting entries in, and this years Finke could sell out in a month

Haven't got it yet Viv but I hope it's better than the last two Finke Vids as they were aimed at the cars and were pretty crap IMO

I think you'll be disapointed again Smitty.
I don't think they mentioned the word 'quad' once (if they did, I blinked and missed it).
There is a great bit of footage in the 'wild footage' section where 3 quads come over a hill together.
I don't know how that bit did not make the final cut.

it's still very focused on the cars and bikes - I'm surprised they allowed "Polaris" and "Can am " be mentioned and i somehow think it had something to do with the "Finke Virgins" comment. I hadn't actually looked at the wild footage until you said that bullet - good to see a few glimpses of quads even James C burning up the track. lots of bikes falling over...
and bullet if you want 4x4 then you should not miss Kamfari.
