Honda TRX 450 ER8 (2008)
Complete built August 2008
I have put the very best components available in this Quad It was built with the intention to race the 2009 season .
It is a Top built quad, based on current American Pro build,but tuned to run on 98 ULP , it does everything right . I feel with the right rider it is capable of winning any race in any MX class in Australia.
The cost to replace this quad is over $30 000 . It has only done a total of 10 hours .
To replace the PEP suspension,Arms,Swing arm...would cost over $8500.
I will give the new owner ongoing support via ATV NRG if required .
Will consider offers over $15,000 as below
Front: PEP PB1 ZPS Long travel with fully adjustable Ride height, crossover springs, compression and rebound damping adjusters
Rear: PEP ZPS Dual Rate springs Long travel with fully adjustable Ride Height, Crossover springs, compression and rebound damping adjusters
A Arms:
JB Racing long travel with fully adjustable Camber and Caster steering geometry with Honda TRX 450 R 2005 steering knuckles and hubs (05 set up Allows Quicker and more precise steering than 06-08 set up due to closer steering pivot inclination to wheel centre ) .
Rear End:
JB Racing Plus 0.5” MX extended strong lightweight Steel swingarm with patent long travel billet super link
Steering Stem:
JB Racing H/duty Anti Vibration plus 1.5” height with Fat bar and Kill switch Mounts.
Thumb throttle: Honda TRX 90 with ATV NRG modified lever
Engine:
Piston: Reliable Standard TRX 450ER8 (with CRF Head gasket to raise compression 12:7 to 1)
Camshaft: Web MX grind (Repositioned timing for maximum torque )
Cylinder Head: ATV NRG Porting (maximising velocity and flow ), 5 angle valve seat cut, oversized exhaust valves, Standard Honda Ti intake Valves, Combustion chamber shaped unshrouding to valve area .
Exhaust: DASA 96Dba Joe Bird Special edition
Intake: Fuel Customs intake tube with Hi Flow Fuel Customs filter and outerwares
Carburetor: FCR, HRC Needle, jetting to suit combination.
Clutch: Rekluse Pro Z Auto clutch and cover with standard Honda clutch basket and fibre plates.
Brakes: Honda with Streamline Wave disc rotors (Wave design for more contact face with better cleaning and thicker disc for better heat dissipation and less distortion)
Wheels /Tyres:
Rear: ITP Trac Lock 8” with reinforced inner Bead Ring, lug nut recessed wheels with ITP Holeshot 18” Quadcross pro Tyres
Front: ITP GP Rolled edge 10”, lug nut recessed with ITP Holeshot 20” Quadcross pro tyres.
Bumper: AC Racing MX incorporating front skim plate
Nerfs: AC Racing Pro MX incorporating heel guards
Bellyplate:AC Racing Heavy Duty
Baldwin Twin row axel Bearing carrier
Alba Graphics kit
Flexx Bars
LSR Axcaliber adjustable Axel
Carbon fiber Carby Heat shield
Plus all new parts to put it back to standard spec Or I can put it all back to standard and then buy it for $8500 standard Honda TRX 450er8 with 10 Hours

Thanks mate it is the best bike I have ever built and raced ,Its a very hard thing to do !
Retire ,never I move to Master class next year ,ahhhhhh Yaa ,see you there grasshopper

Thanks for the offer Ian ,if it doesn't sell this side of Christmas ill pull it down and sell it stock .
I have interest in the suspension and components which should see it over the 15k broken down (The PEP Suspension,Swing arm n Link and A Arms are now over $7800 to buy new with the US dollar the way it is )

Prepared to sell this Quad at Various levels to suit various budgets,from Stock to anywhere between Full Race , 8.5K to 15.5K
It is a Top Quad and I would be racing this fresh TRX for 2009 season if not for the change in financial position ,prepared to negotiate a real bargain

Gee you folks are tough !
Ill throw in a new Alba Graphics kit with seat cover
A new replacement piston and gaskets for rebuild (in another 15-20 hrs)
and a 12.5:1 CP Mixer velocity 480 cc piston ,just incase you want to make it a Big Bore

Hey Union ,Ur Right I would get a lot more separating the bits (Estimated 18K to sell the accessories at 50% of Retail)
I really don't have the time to mess around ,I have an offer on the table as is and his wife considering the $ Been there before !
BTW are you Italian ?
If it hasn't sold it complete by the 14th January 09 and your still inthe market ,I will consider your offer
