Hi Guys we are at a new high with the raptor turbos.
We went 145.6 @ 23psi with our 804 motor no BS!
The engine and turbo kit are bound for the USA to our freinds @ RF.
The engine and turbo kit will be set in a RF bike which the bike will run @ Glamis on the 10th of Jan.
We have pushed as much as 30 psi through engine and the results are amazing.
For those who are keen to see the bike run it will be out on the 10th of Jan.

That's crazy.
Who would have thought the 700 cases would even hold together at that.
An amazing effort, I hope it stays together and scares the pants of some of the Yanks.

Yeh we already run into case and cylinder problems.
We had them all re done to hold the extra pressure.
Hey Ash ok may be a little more but thats not inportant now we will save it for when we get over there and see if we need to wind up the boost.
But for now 145hp is enough i think.

what was required to the cases and cylinder to hold the extra boost?
surely not just better gaskets? |

Your excatly right a gasket didnt fix the problem not when it removed the theads out of the cases.
The cases had to redone with 1.5 time serts to create extra bite and all case bolts were replace with larger bolts cylinder and head were are also redone and replaced with ARP studs.
Gaskets are still Comectic which are doing the job just fine.
