I have a mate that just bought a new raptor 700 SE 07 model.
He wants more power out of it as he is 125kgs.
Where should he start ?
He was thinking about changing the EFI/computer, it is all stock ?
Any sugestions would be great, told him I would ask the pro's !

A good pipe, air filter and vortex interceptor so he can run with the lid off the air box would be a good start.
Cheers

Trinity racing in the USA does an amazing package Pipe, headers, EFI controller that is real simple to adjust , includes air filter adaptor kit + K & N . I recommend doing the header as this makes considerable difference over just a muffler tip. The dyno results showed +11.7hp on mine against stock with this setup. I have yet to see a rappy 700 do better with other setups. Although any brand name with the above parts will do wonders for the rappy.

The easiest way to gain power is to install a new exhaust combined with high flow air cleaner and EFI controller. I do not recomend doing the exhast without the EFI controller as the stock computer can't adjust enough.
I have done these mods and I am happy with the HP gain.
PM me if you have any questions. _________________ 2012 Polaris RZR XP Turbo
