I need a new set of front shocks for my 05 660, this is set up for hunting and the front have become very spongy . Has caused me to roll the quad a few times . Don't need anything special like the Elkas.
Also need new rims as the front ones now have flat spots from hitting stumps and ant hills. Would prefer ones with a bit of offset to widen the track .
Regards

Hi JB, mate measure the length of your shocks eye to eye as I have this funny feeling that they are the same as a banshee and if so I have a set ill sell ya excellent condition not a mark on them for $100 I also have good front wheels for $150. I have full set of new tyres (standard) to suit aswell for $200.

Thanks for all the PM's and replies . I haven't pulled the shocks off yet but will do so soon . Have the side of the motor apart ATM trying to track down a lack of spark.
It seems that a lot are saying to put 450 shocks on as well as raptor and banshee ones . What are the benifits of the 450's ? Excuse my ignorance but the Grizzly weighs a lot more than all that are mentioned .
Regards

i think we thought you had a raptor a 660 sports quad not the grizzy? i would not think any sports shock will suit as it will stiffen the ride for you... i got a 07 special edition girzzy with only 150 hours on it for sale if you know anyone that wants one... |
