A few of us will be up at the block this weekend attempting to finish of the shed and to hopefully have a few rides as well. If anyone is interested in tagging along please PM me for directions.

Spent the weekend up at the block putting in some fencing and trying to get some more work done on the shed. Must remember next time not to invite old mate Jim Beam along as we got very little achieved. For those coming up this weekend, access to the block is now via the side road rather than straight through off the main track. We have put up a temporary fence at this access point to discourage a couple of the local shooters until we can get the shed completed. If you hang a right here you wil see the new gate. Unfortunately I bought an 8 footer instead of a 10 footer (the GLW gave me grief all weekend) so you will have to swing wide to get the cars through. The temporary fencing can be removed easily at the usual access point if your trailers are wider than mine and you can't get through the new gate. Couple of snaps of the work we did.
The "neo" entrance. (the last window sheet was conveniently stacked underneath all of the roof sheeting resulting in an early knock off...bugger)

I dont want to say to much but there will be a special event taking place on the weekend, lets just say it will invole teams of two and will test their stamina and endurance...  in the shadow of the neo, the greek scholars will look down upon us with envey.

Set ninja traps last weekend so we may catch some of the little buggas if we're lucky this time around. Even got a super-sized one in case one of those rare barrel-chested gold spangled pierced ninjas is lurking about (or lurching about  ).

Ha ha guffaw..snort...ha. No we will be swagging it like we did last weekend. Just a note too that we won't be providing all of the food this time out as we wasted a fair bit of cash with the poor turnout last time around. We will be bringing all of the leftover beer and bourbon however and a couple of mardi gras sherbets for you and Barb. Bought a swag of carva back from Fiji which we might bring along for a laugh as well.

Yeah had a blast, was going great all weekend, said my good byes and was driving off into the sunset then it went pear shaped, well Foss's new tiny new gate, it is now pear shape literally...
