| Hi I'm trying to do the 450r swingarm thing, I got a 450 swingarm from the US for $180 landed but have found the tube for the carrier is 87mm where the 250r is 82mm, my trike is a 1985 could anyone cast some light it. cheers have just moved to brisbane from NZ and managed to bring my bike but needs a rebuild.cheers |

I think the issue is the trike is an '85 model which has the smaller diameter carrier hence its too small for the TRX swinger.Needs an 86R/400ex or 450r carrier,all of which fit.

| Thanks for the info, I read some that if you use the 450r sproket it does'nt quite line up do you know if this is the case |
