| I have just fitted some Pro Taper bars to my Banshee. How do you mount the ignition switch. Or do you just zip tie it there. Cause you cant use the original Yamaha plastic bit that bolts over the bars being that Pro Tapers are a fat bar. Plus i want to use the Pro Taper Pad that came with them. Ant help or pictures of other banshees would be much appreciated. |

i cable tied my key switch to the rear of the tank under the seat _________________ Doin skids for the kids and doughnuts for the grown-ups

Hi Proxt, you can drill a hole right next to your petrol tank on the left or right side of the top plastics that wrap around your tank. Get the locking ring of your ignition switch and use it as a template. You drill the hole just behind the front mounting screw. Mine looks a treat and works well.
