i have a white bros exhaust and a uni filter fitted to my bike, does anyone have any suggestions for what brand of jetting kits to suit my bike?? i was thinking dyno jet, any feed back would be great, thanks

If your 400ex is 2005 or later, get the dynojet kit because it comes with the "D" shaped tool to adjust your idle screw & includes an adjustable needle. If it's earlier just use the standard keihin jets as it's easier to work out what jets to use, remember that the dynojet jet sizes are not the same as the keihin ones.

if i did go for dyno jet kit would it still work well if fitted properly??

Yeah, provided you choose the right jet sizes, that's the tricky bit. Get onto one of the large U.S. forums & search up what someone else with your pipe & filter combo is using.
