new CDI module apparently is a good upgrade I'm told,

Also maybe a new pipe (or remove spark arrestor) new air filter etc

Guy called ProKiwi was selling a add on pipe for $250, HMF I beieve and other bits.

Also Roots Racing has worked them for many years and may have the odd go fast bit they've pulled of a bike while making a hotted up bike hotter.

If you can catch Rick Beers he might be able to give you some advise.
I know Allan Linger has done a lot of R&D for Rick.
Ricks DS650 habbit is legendary, he's been MX'ing the big mumma for years now and always runs at the pointy end of Finke if he's not actually winning it.

Basic derestriction work will aid any four stroke.
That is a higher flow exhaust or de-baffled muffler...
Air cleaner and air box mods.
Just DON"T go too far on these things without re-jetting your carby to suit.
You could run lean quite easily, which can mean crappy flat spots and loss of power at best, or at worst a melted engine.

When you get the bits you want on there, get a reputable dyno shop like QuadSquad set up the mixtures for you.

Dont waste your time or money on the CDI or any of those electric bull crap,
Depending on how much you wana spend, and what kind of performance you want,
PM me,
i just got YELLOW SUB to do my BAJA X, got 50 hp by the time it hits 3500rpm and it just flows right through the rpm range,
beats 60+hp banshees and yfz450s
