Just curious to see if anyone out there has some thoughts or ideas as to what they would like to see in the Atv action magazine.
I have been buying this mag since first coming to the scene, but honestly have to say that after reading this months issue found myself somewhat looking for more content
I really liked the trike section and also , The whole Hog was brilliant, as was The Big Bang,
can there be anyway that readers can have a area where there pics be published, this subject might well of been hit upon before.
Im just left looking for more reading and it is not there.
Finally im not being critical of the mag as i like to read an ozzy mag but can we maybe have some input as to what people might like to see ,, i cant wait to get the mag but hell it is all gone in a good nights reading . _________________ 2012 Can am Outlander Xt 1000cc

I don't know I think the Pete Middleton interview was fantastic. I think it was the best interview i've ever read on an Aussie quad rider _________________ Smitty |

Grizzly
Have a look at the top annoucement on General Chit Chat, im currently putting a "My Ride" or "Readers Rides" (name is still pending) together for the next issue very similar to what Dirt Wheels does.At this stage it looks like it will run 2 pages of quad owners (approx 10) with still and action shots, ive been running a similar setup with my "Triker Hall Of Fame" and thats been going very well.

I had a "discussion" via e-mail with editorial last year when they were talking about rationalising modeels in the market place.
Suggested a whole heap of things but nothing has really happened up until now.
So Im just glad for that.

I reckon a service section done by Pete W would be good. Have a detailed step by step service on a different model each issue. sort of like what Leny did with the rekluse.

I have been thinking about something like that Husky. I've got a few thing along that vein in the pipeline already (just haven't told Bazz yet) _________________

Now dont anyone take this the wrong way.
THERE ARE OTHER QUADS OUT OTHER THAN 450'S AND BANSHEES
So ag bikes, and what trail riders ride even the only 2 kfx700's in the whole of Australia. would be a good thing to see, like how to change diff oils (front & rear) disc pads. etc etc _________________ 2005 KFX700

This is what all this about, Pete it would be great with your knowledge and expertise to have you do something like that
And as much as i dont llike to say it Yes Yogie your right ,, i actually think that in this months issue of Atv action , they did say that utility quads out sell all others so cmon lets see more 4x4 and Big Bore stuff and oh yes there more makes than just can Am as the mag always seems to refer back to them in all there tests,, mmmmm must be a sponsorship thingy, i would rather see a 4x4 or even a Kfx 700 than a guy stufin his face with donuts. _________________ 2012 Can am Outlander Xt 1000cc

Guys dont know what you think but was discussing putting a tracking system on our bikes .
similar to what they put on sharks in the ocean.
People can log in to a site and track our trips.
We are looking at doing a 1000km trip next in the midnorh .
Juust a thought see what people think ,iam going to follow up the cost soon .

Locations??? Tracking devices???? Mate I just asked people to update teir approx location so web master can make targetted marketing to improve our site (via more money in the door from advertisers) and i got hugely raked for that.

There is so much you can do to promote something ,if you think it worth doing you just have to do it.
magazines are always looking for articals that are out of the ordianary .any if you can supply them with regular material theyll grab it .
Gav i know what your saying but its something ill put on my bike just to see how it goes.
I know a few people at C.S.I.R.O that will be able to help.
for day trips i dont think there would be much interest , _________________ 2008 yamaha grizzly 700EPS /EFI
