Whos got a RAZR on order and when are they due in?

I has heard they were being delayed after the certification load until November this year somewhere around the traps.

Has someone got one in Victoria that I can come have a look at and see in action or take the passenger seat for a while?

Luv the concept while I have a wife and 1.5 year old I can do a few slow laps and he'll have a ball or by the time he's two and we can put a boooster seat in it and he can fear the safety harness we can get him all fired up.

Maybe c'mon tattslotto first!! laughing laughing Rolls eyes

I actually enquired if you could take one one the great cape adventure ride and they said no probs, but two heads would be charged if thats what was in the vehicle.

I think that would be a best case possibility for me (I have a muscle/nerve syndrome) to find someone who wants to share driving/filming over the 10 days and do a blitzen video!!

laughing laughing

Id have to suck limes for a week before hand to get me to stop catching bugs and grit in my teeth!! Cool Cool

Yeah they out already a few freinds have them - sounds like wheel spacers & ballast by way of a passenger are good to have.

Bout $17 - 18k.

The ballast and spacer problems Hammer is talking about is apparently well taken care of by a $7000!! shocks/arms etc upgrade kit, to make it a bit more progressive for a party of one.

Most of the stesters so far have takn a vehicle for two out with just one person i it and wonder why its a lil "bouncey" or firm.

Nice set of factory upgrades available, be wonderful to see what next years std setup on shocks is. I dont really think theres as much in it as a lot of these articles make out about anything. These journo's are paid by the article they have the write and criticise some "profanity removed". And then whenone complains about one thing, theres an epidemic of people "looking into" the same probs. What BS.

Should get fat bastard like me to test em. But Im only 90kg compared to say some of Aussies editing journo's at 120+kg Laughing Laughing

I want two, one to mod and one for stock storage and display in the "games" room.

If anyone wants to buy one and do Finke or something in it I'll sit in the passenger seat! or like I said buy one and do the Cape Ride together to make the ultimate ATV adventure DVD.

Ive been quoted $16k for one of these razr's .
I also seen one that got a lung ful of sand due to a loose air filter .....
Other than that I hear good things about them . Got a test day coming up soon so hope to really test it out .
I would be keen on Cape trip or any other rides where it is suitable for these to go.

Im hoping to get a group of them in Queensland up and running with a few mates in the next few months.

Should make for some fun....

Turbo Kit? BiG bore engine? Really theres plenty of go fast buggies on the market including going back to the factory Odyssey and Pilots which can guys love to make go fast.

Thing is you have to look at the design brief and thats pretty much defined by stock add-ons available. Theyre a trailey, there plenty of racing buggies around.

I just want one so i can sit in it instead of on it for a break and CVT.

Grizz those Arctic Cats look like a (and weigh as much as a) beheamoth!! You sure you wanna try and trail ride one o them suckers?? eek

Either way its pipe dreams for me yet.

Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad

Warning on my previous post apparently its not a good thing and not to be trusted.

see post:

http://www.ozatv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=47059#47059

My apologies to anyone who may have started to waste time with that.

Worth $10kUS and have found an importer:

[i]Im a great guy for you blokes I found it in an expired item I bid on

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=330248259906&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=014

OK so its not $500 its $1200 + GST, spank me!!

But its a damn side better than $6-7k mark up in Australia, so check you USD prices.

Have also asked him to post any relevant info on OZATV.

So you can find Pilot and UTV buggy gear and contact this lad.

Gavin

If anybody is interested in bikes /buggies out of the USA , I am bringing in containers of NEW stuff.

I have 12 Jetskis on their way currently, and same supplier can do bikes / boats buggies as well.

Cheers

Geeman , yes i have taken one for a ride now , the thing went everywhere, up hilss, down hilss, through the mud, river and water crossings no problem. Was quite fast and felt comfortable. Girlfriend loved it and wants one. I did find the seat is too small for me and the cabin space was too restrictive , but then again , im no dwarf either. LOL

All round a good machine, fun factor was there, and i reckon if you did the suspension upgrade you would have some serious fun........

Pro, how was the steering and ergonomics/ I want to know if it felt light like driving a pwr steering car or more importantly lighter than a std quad.

The other thing is laying the power down, what does 800cc in the buggy equate to as a quad? Could it handle some bigger tyres?

Im just thinking for me it may be a better selection all round to buy the one vehicle that could possibly do it all (except race MX) rather than atm there seems to be at least 2 bikes i need to do the couple of things I would like to and that is Cape ride and then long distance 4wding, shooting, camping.

Also have a look at the new std release upgrade.
