Well First let me say it was WET, cold, WET, great blokes and 4 yes 4 woman on a ride. The weather was perfect, real damp, no it was wet, heaps of mud. Had a blast. The other chaps here will fill in all the gory details of the great rides we had, but the all up we had 20 turn up, and out of that 14 were riders, great stuff guys, pics will follow soon.

More rides on the way... Very Happy

Looks like the shizzle but I dont see the attraction for wet tracks yet, isnt dry just as good except for dust?

What is the perfect trail surace?

leaf litter?
Bark off a forest clearing op?
Top inch wet and dry enderneath?

Does seem to have been a lack of general invitation Hrm lol

Hope you started to put the trail ride concept details out there Yogie.

Howdy chap, start a new thread and a poll, you'll see the wet is the only way to ride, certainly on the east coast, No dust, and dry tracks always lead to dust... end of story. Very Happy

Looks like a wet weather visor pack (extra+cleaner+rags etc) will have to find its way into the storage box of my mysteriously yet to be purchased quad!! laughing

yeah we were nice but his wheel kept on coming loose, maybe being in my company was too much for the bike... Laughing And it was some of the best riding I've ever been on, was wet the whole weekend.

It's the nut behind the handlebars on your bike that keeps coming loose isn't it? laughing laughing The rain is falling everywhere down there according to the GLW. Hopefully our block has copped its fair share too.

Okay guys, these were some items left behind at the camp, but on a sour note MY chair was stolen... yes STOLEN, I know who the culprit was, and they left a light blue chair in its place, now my chair is very distinctive its dark blue... and cost me 6 bucks at bunnings, as you can see I'm very upset by this BUZZ Sad But anyway, check out the pic and see what you lost till next time we meet up.

Thats a ver purty police blue bike helmet. Under what circumstances does he wear it? Around camp in case he bumps into things? Laughing Laughing (Like me I might point out!)

But really does he think he's fooling the cops?

Does he have a light bar on his bike?? laughing laughing

I have to say i think my chair was stolen on the weekend and replaced with a darker blue one with a bloody carrybag tied to it's leg.I do how ever reckonise the lovely blue helmet. I believe it is Barbara's for personal safety in the troopy.
Cheers awesome ride had a ball, even the missus said she had a blast (after she thawed out)

Glad you enjoyed it, now you'll have to do it again to swap chairs, Barbara said she loved riding with another woman. But you missed out on a great ride sunday... hang on a mintute so did Grizzly for that matter, because he was still getting over his offie on saturday arvo, trying to get through a puddle... Hrm Now all I need is a good panel beater to fix the troopie roof. Very Happy
