Result's
1 > Blackburn
2> Sherlock
3> Gilbert
4> Postie
Everything you said it would be JB , Had a good shower of rain ,got the gullies running and the cow pat's mixed in well so you couldn't taste them, still had to chew quick with 6 mx klaw's feeding me.
Every 15 min moto had it's mishaps, Blackburn locked wheel's with Sherlock in the first moto providing 36o degree view's of his quad to the crowd [ gotta keep the sponsor's happy and show the complete bike not just the top half he told me after].
Gilbert confused natural terrain with all terrain in the second moto and attemted riding over a hay bale , that took a while and Cameron Kirk took a quick soil sample being caught out with the old slip and grip . |

That's the spirit Mic, it would be good to see a new helmet at the gates, and good timing to, the Godfather Geoff Udy told me he is thinking about hanging up his helmet next year , which I think will be a big loss for the quad class , he has been a very dedicated Quad Ambassador in the Thunder X series.
This series does seem to be having trouble attracting more than 10 - 12 quads although next year I think there will be at least 2or3 female contender's which will boost the number's and the interest hopefully. |

I wasn't able to make it to Hervey Bay, obviously, trying to save some pennies and being busy with work, and not to mention I mistook the weekends. I thought it was next weekend.
Being talking to Udy and he mentioned the trophy for Kell. I think thats a top idea and will hopefully be an encouragement for more girls to get involved.
Rode Craigo's new raptor with the lot (except for motor mods, just got a gytr slip on), on the weekend. Had a couple of drags and the 450 ran away from it every time, even with less tread on the tyres, still the thing cranks and was much more comfortable over long rides. _________________ Yes i am a farmer, and NO that doesn't make me stupid, just MAD! Hello Gentlemen,
Are they are races left in the series this year?
Raced the series back in 04 but due to work commitments and moving
haven't been able to get back into it.
There are three of us possibly four that are sick of seeing our quads gathering dusk in the shed and are keen to do something about it.
What have been the numbers like through out the season? I have heard they have been low.
Would anyone be interested in travelling to Gladstone to race as we have put in the hard yards with the local club and they have agreed to let quads race at club days.
Track is fast and flowing with some wicked double jumps, whoops and flat tops.
Cheers |

Sound's like you're workin to hard , Don't forget the Qld cup 25th of November .
yeah Kel's stoked bout getting a trophy I think it has encouraged other's so that's exellent.
Big fella should be happy with that they look like an awesome machine , hard to beat the power to weight ratio of the old blue beast outta the hole [although many happy camper's might disagree]. |

Gladstone sound's good only 5 or 6 hour's what date do you have most club day's clash unfortunatly.
There's a bit of debate about a Qld MX Series next year I can't officially say much but out of curiosity how far would you guy's be prepared to travel N,S W. |
