my mates never wanna go there
we always end up riding around mt lousia (as we can ride from home)
been talking to a guy outta town (harvey's range rd somewhere)
he's got a small mx track setup and and escavator on a big plot of land... (aparently)
an is keen to let us put the ramp on his land.....
so yeah once this rain clears up (like it looks to be doing*fingers crosses*)
we'll be able to both finish the ramp and setup downer!!!!
hopefully anyway!
what do you ride? should head out for a ride sometime! |

| Yeah i know the tortaricas from gumlu. I use to live in Home Hill but moved to townsville. I race a fyz 450 05 model. Definately keen to head out for a ride somewhere. Yeah bohle track isnt well maintained much anymore and its getting harder to ride on as the ruts in jumps are a pain in the arse. The ruts are like a foot deep. But they might have fixed it up cause its been like 4 months since ive been there. Give us a bell anyway when yous mite go for a ride on 0418183391. |

got a driver and a front end loader.....
should have a downer setup in the next few weeks!
going to have a few smaller jumps setup too
(for 2 wheeler fun!) |

well i got somewhere to put it n i own an earthmovin business i could deffinatly build the down ramp 4 ya oh the catch is its in toowoomba bit far 4 u to travel all the time but hey will work 4 me

good news! you wont or shouldnt have to drive all the earthmoving gear up! just ya bike!
(got a phone call yesterday saying "ummm we've started the down ramp it's fairly high do you want to come out and have a look?")
pitty the downer is just in the bush in the middle of nowhere (which also happends to be in the way of the land development happening around townsville tho will be a few years off demo! so we got time to find or even buy land!)
once this thing's up and running it should be awsome!
for us beginers anyway....
ramp up tight against the downer...
makes a jellyfish hard! |

| Hey young fella, I met a guy in bundaberg hospital who used to do a bit freestyle jumping, he broke his wrist and he compound fractured his leg, What made things worse for him was it took 2 hours for the ambos to find him and get him to hospital.My point is think about where you shove that ramp, think about how far it is to hospital and how long you'll be laying there in agony wishing you had taken up playing marbles instead of launching of of that big,Big,BIG, ramp.Good luck champs.Oh yeah do you like red bull? They say it gives you wings and i think your gonna need em!So drink up! |

well i think if ya dont wanna do it don't simple ya can get hurt doin anythin like slippin on a rock its part of life n the way people choose to live it is entirly up to them. trust me i no about pait iv broken a few more than the odd bone but i do wat i do cause its wat i love doin, life is to short to worry about the maybies all the time n if somethin serious happens i hope it happens while im doin somethin i enjoy n not just gettin hit by a car or somethin stuoid like that.........m8 g i wished u lived closer i would love to jit that badboy, but iguess i'll just hav to wait till i got time to build my own......

wish my bike was going....
and furthermore
with i had time to work on the ramp....
furthermore
wish i had time to fix my bike....
and
even more so
wish i had time to ride:(
who the hell works these days!
hoping to get the ramp and downer up to a type of compleation at some stage over the next few weeks!
prepare for carnage.... (not mine... my mates are crazy!)
ie there's a big pile of chipwood down the road an my mates want to take the ramp down there to jump/flip to it!
and people say jumping quad's is crazy! |

hey RANDOM , have u ever heard of stuff called PRIMER or COLDGAL, coz if ya dont put some of that STUFF on ya welds ya ramp will b stuffed before ya get 2 use it !!!!!!!!!!
