what is the main cause for the little bearing to weld its self onto the sharft?
easy fixed just want to know why..

No freeplay on the clutch pressure plate adjustment.

sometimes with alot of power the only way to get the ball to stop welding itself to the rod is to run so much freeplay that the clutch doesnt dis-engage properly, making gear changes very hit and miss! the only way around this then is to buy an aftermarket pancake bearing.

on my rz motor i not only welded the ball to the rod but also the other end of the rod to the actuator, meaning i had to split the cases and grind it apart! fun fun....

whot is this its never happened to my motor ,clutch , ajdustment is right tested the clutch after a good year of moto riding ,racing.

measure the clutch plates 3mm new 2.98 mm ball ,rod fine.
so how duz this happen with correct free travel./ must be riding the clutch

i can get them,

i run them on my banshee motors.
i had the same problem but now the pancake bearing is in it has never failed yet. i dont have them in stock but can get them . pm me if any one needs one.
