We are a family of four quad riders who have just moved from WA to Mackay QLD and cannot find anywhere to ride or race. We were right into Motorcross in WA and hold MA licences. We really want to get back into it but cant seem to get hold of the right people to tell us where to go. We are prepared to travel. Can anyone help us. If there is nothing in this area we are keen to start our own quad club here in Mackay and am willing to do the hard yards to get it going. Just need that land to get started. If anyone has any advice please help us. Bikes we have are 2 suzuki 450, blaster & 90cc. HELP HELP HELP

I am in proserpine for work and Mingy lives at airlie beach. Not really any Junior racing but plenty of racing for seniors. Have a look in the Qld section and there is a few posts about upcoming events.
I am flying down to Brissy for the weekend but will be back up here by tuesday.

Clermont Motorcycle Club will be hosting the 2008 Yamaha Qld Quad Titles. Supps are available from http://www.mqld.org.au/docs2/QldQuadMXchamps08supps.pdf
We also host an Annual event called CQ No 1 Plate. The 2008 event will be held 13 & 14 September. This event is contested over 3 different track styles (flat track, natural terrain & MX) over 2 days. A senior quad class is held.
Practice rides are held most weekends. If you want to PM me your email address I can have you included in our "mail out" for practice days.
