Since Wed my bike went missing called cops finger print lady turned up no prints. the guy in the next shed witness the bike leave my shed last Sunday so we know who it was ok (a once trusted now ex employee/mate) a friend of ours seen mr x driving out in the country last sunday so we door knocking and bingo theres the tools so the country cops swooped so we got our tools back but the case is still a darwin case. the cops ring mr x and he denies any knowledge so now the cops have to prove it. today we drove around all the storage sheds in town we find a shed rented in his fathers name who lives in Qld bingo I reckon my bike is in their so off to cop shop .
after sitting in the foyer for 3 hours we see mr policeman he says if the owner will let us in we'll have a look . when we get there the managers have gone down the track and won't be back till tuesday . I say lets get a warrant Mr policeman says we need the witness statement and he has just done a double shift and is going home. He say i will put it on the file for the officer in charge of the case to take the statement . OK what do you do?
waiting waiting I ring the call center and ask if can talk to old mate looking after the case ? Sorry Sir hes not on duty . When will he be on ? Sir his next duty is 11pm tomorrow night after that Wed day shift and guess what he is currently on 4 days off .
My missus has the shits cause i wont go home cause i reckon this sod will come back and take more if the place is unguarded. She's understanding but frustrated.
What should I do??? |

Dont forget Mr x still has a key ,his dad rings him and tells him the cops want to look through the shed.It will be empty when the cops get there in a week..

Huskygoat he broke in to your shed so you should brake in to his, then hunt him own and brake his legs ( sorry for anyone that doesnt approve but stealing just isnt right )

| the shed in one of those mini self storage joints with cameras and the hole bit so it stops me going in . I will get someone to go in today to confirm the gear is in there . what pisses me could he could be moving it as we speak . its funny it feels like the law is protecting this germ or he already would be dismembered and I would be up for assault and so . |

| If the place is got security cams every were why cant the cops have a look at them under the suspition that there are stollen goods on the property. Im sure they dont need a warrent for that and if they see on the footage that he has put the bike in there then they can order the place to not allow the prick to move anything till they get a warrent. I may be wrong but but from what i know this could be done. |

great in theory however police are short staffed and they are supposed to be doing a easter traffic blitz and kiddie gang busts (which is a real problem up here). to get a hold of the survalence tapes they need to contact the manager which they reckon they can't do until Tuesday and they assigned officer is supposed to do it all but of course he is not rostered on.

hmmm interesting husky, i have an idea, talk 2 your mrs & ask her if she wants 2 re-decorate a room of even the whole house, im thinking a trophy room, then once u can prove it, & assuming u get no joy from the cops...id b looking at hanging your so called "mates" testicles up on a wall as a reminder of what happens 2 maggots like him who steal....im with LB , stealing is just the most low act...i hope u get justice 1 way or another..

its a crims world out there you need to take matters into your own hands!
if he did it id kick his door in and cut his f**king hand off!
i cant stand the way the law works it frustrats me to no end,
people need to stand up to them selves in this day and age the police only care about if your going 5kph over the speed limit.
