| far as i am conserned to much bullshit is said on here and people better start to wake up and smell the roses! I live in townsville and i drive out to roma, and central queensland to support your events cause 1. i like racing mx and 2. I have to go to these events to make numbers so the keen riders out there can race. Its the same problem up here. All talk but when it comes to crunch time, NO SHOWS! There's talk on here that lets make qld titles the greatest race in oz. How the F#$K are we going to do this when no one is keen to race. There needs to be someone out your way that will help get things rolling out there organising race meets and stuff. I know a person out there was doing that for awhile but couldnt really be bothered anymore cause everyone has an excuse when it comes time to ride. There's talk on here that we need to get quads out there so clubs will let us run cause of our numbers. This aint gonna happen when u can only get 5 quads. Clubs see this and think that its a waste of time because they have 5 nominations, where as they can get another full grid of 2 wheelers. Charters Towers club is like this and other clubs have followed suit. Ive been in this sport for 8 years and nothing has changed. Still the same old dedicated crew. Thank god we have new riders that are keen to race here so we have numbers. Some people have the attitude that cause they aint gona win or im gona get smoked i aint riding. You dont get anywhere with this attitude and its all about FUN and meeting new people. I am coming off as an arshole here but it had to be said cause its been going on for too long. Now im going blood pressure is high. |

Hey guys first things first what a great weekend in emerald excpt there was only 2 races.....other then that good turnout and i spoke to a few people about us racing and they cant wait to see us again sometime in the near future. have a good and safe easter all............

oh thats good to see mick. yer the track is wide open and very fast would put fast gearing on. you just head to the dam and there is usually sighns if you have any trouble we could meet u at mc donalds or something

Got no clue on numbers. If you make mingy come along thats 4. Anyone know what Brooksy is doing? Dad isnt racing, I think he is a bit over MX. What about Sumo, Lee and Cam?

There is camping at the track with lovely hot showers!! May pay to give Peter and Vicki Mason a ring to make sure you can get in there on Saturday (4987-5926).

What about 9am till about 3pm. Glenda & I can take it turns at being Practice Supervisor so that we can both have a ride.
Practice fees for Clermont are $5 per rider.
Postie, is Kelly bringing her bike to have a ride on Sunday at Emerald?

We have at least 6 interested already. There will also be the 2 girls (Glenda & Kelly) at this stage. Hopefully we will get a few more that will be interested.
Do you realise you will have to join Emerald Club on Sunday - they got most of us at the last Club Day.

| hey guys wont be able to make the practice saturday but am keen to attend sunday racing scene. The club day in hervey bay yesterday was a reasonable turnout....had 6 show up. But once again there were a couple guys that said they were racing however, never showed. none the less good day had by all.... |
